GTECH provides software, networks, and professional services that power high performance, transaction processing solutions. The companies core market is the lottery industry, with a growing presence in financial services transaction processing. The company had promoted its' Director of Systems Integration and needed a highly Unique individual with experience in Software Development, Business Analysis, System Integration and Management to fill the position.

A select team of search and research consultants collaborated to create a detailed search profile of the ideal candidate. An exhaustive search was conducted covering hundreds of potential candidates over a 3 month period .Two complete rounds of in depth interviews were conducted with 8 separate candidates until 2 final candidates were presented to upper management.

The search for the original position was canceled as the company decided to take another direction.
