About Thompson Associates
Thompson Associates was founded in 1993 as a retained executive
search firm located in Pleasanton, California. The firm has since
grown from a local firm to a nationally recognized leader in providing
executive search and consulting services. Today we specialize in
a few niche industries and represent all levels of an organization
including C level, VP and Director level positions in Operations,
Sales/Marketing, Technical, Finance and Business Development. We
also assist both start up and established high technology companies
in building out national Sales/Marketing and Technical teams.
From the start, Thompson Associates has built its business and
reputation on establishing and maintaining excellent relationships
with both clients and candidates. A question has always been, "is
this truly the right long term fit for both parties?" Our strategy

our chosen niche industry areas of focus. This strategy allows us

that provides detailed research, consulting and systematic evaluation
