Thompson Associates was founded in 1993 as a retained executive search firm located in Pleasanton, California. The firm has since grown from a local firm to a nationally recognized leader in providing executive search and consulting services. Today we specialize in a few niche industries and represent all levels of an organization including C level, VP and Director level positions in Operations, Sales/Marketing, Technical, Finance and Business Development. We also assist both start up and established high technology companies in building out national Sales/Marketing and Technical teams.

From the start, Thompson Associates has built its business and reputation on establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.
